Q1: What materials are used for this cat condo? Is it safe for cats?

A: We use AA-grade imported rubberwood as the main body material, combined with a carbon steel frame and high-transparency thermally bent tempered glass.

The rubberwood is treated to be formaldehyde-free and does not release harmful substances like benzene series, making it safe for cats to chew and scratch. The carbon steel frame is rust-resistant and durable, while the tempered glass offers high impact resistance. The entire structure has no sharp edges and fully complies with pet product safety standards.

Q2: Can the glass parts be shattered by a cat impact? Are they easy to clean?

A: The glass is 5mm thick thermally bent tempered glass, offering high impact resistance and not easily broken. The surface is smooth and waterproof, so daily cleaning only requires a damp cloth – no cat hair or stains will remain.

Q3: Can rubberwood panels be easily damaged by cat scratching?

A: Rubberwood naturally has high hardness and wear resistance. The surface is polished and treated, and we include built-in kraft paper rope cat scratching posts to guide cats to scratch in designated areas, greatly reducing potential damage to the wood panels. Under normal use, they are very durable.

A: We offer multiple size options:

· 80cm diameter (Sky Castle / High Tree Loft): Height 187–193cm, suitable for 1–2 adult cats.

· 95cm diameter (Cloud Capital / Floating Realm): Height 211cm, with multiple large platforms that can comfortably accommodate 2–3 adult cats at the same time, and can easily fit an automatic litter box or cat tree accessories.

Q5: How much space should I reserve for installation? Can it fit through elevators or doorways?

A: All models come in knockdown packaging – the panels and frame can be moved in separate pieces. With diameters of 80cm or 95cm, as long as your elevator or doorway width is ≥85cm, you can easily bring the parts inside and then assemble it in the desired location.

Q6: Is assembly complicated? Can one person complete it?

A: The product comes with a detailed instruction manual and the necessary tools. The structure uses modular, spliced design – most steps only require screwing parts together. It can be assembled by 1–2 people, and is estimated to take 30–60 minutes. An assembly video tutorial is also available upon request.

Q9: How do I clean the cat condo on a daily basis? What should I pay attention to?

A:

1. Glass and carbon steel parts: Wipe with a damp cloth and a mild neutral detergent – avoid strong acids or alkalis.

2. Rubberwood platforms: Use a dry cloth to remove cat hair. For stains, wipe with a slightly damp cloth and then dry immediately to avoid prolonged moisture.

3. Removable faux rabbit fur pads etc.: Can be removed and machine washed – air dry and de‑mite regularly.

Q10: What should I do if the solid wood parts get damp and moldy?

A: The rubberwood is treated for moisture resistance and is not prone to mold in normal indoor environments. If it accidentally gets wet, wipe it dry promptly and ensure good ventilation. If minor mold spots appear, gently wipe with a soft cloth dipped in a little white vinegar, then let it dry completely. For daily care, we recommend placing the condo in a dry, well‑ventilated area.
